The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We continuously improve our tools and may update features, pricing, or availability with reasonable notice.

3. Payment & Credits
ForGrit operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate projects through our pipeline. Key terms:
- Free tier: New accounts receive 200 free credits upon sign-up.
- Credit packs: Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing page. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Credit usage: Credit costs vary by project complexity and are displayed before generation begins (budget freeze). You always know the cost before you build.
- Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
- Pricing changes:We may adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing purchased credits remain valid at their original value.
4. Intellectual Property
Your generated code belongs to you. This is a core principle of ForGrit:

6. Termination
You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practical.
Upon termination, your generated projects will be available for download for 30 days, after which they will be permanently deleted. Unused credits are not refundable upon voluntary account closure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForGrit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
